International shipping—We ship orders internationally on an individual basis. Please email Sales@BruteAthletics.com for a shipping quote and special terms.
Return Policy We offer a money back guarantee within 15 days with the following necessary exceptions: All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES. Please call for return authorization before shipping product back to Brute Athletics Inc. We cannot accept returns on custom or special orders.
Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and in original unused and resalable condition. All items requiring warranty repair or replacement must call for return authorization before shipping product back to Brute Athletics Inc.
Damaged Goods Policy We accept returns/exchanges
in the rare case of a shipping damaged product or an incorrect
shipment. We will promptly issue a replacement item or refund at the
purchaser’s discretion. Please call for a return authorization number
before shipping item back.
